Disclaimer

1. All service appointments MUST be scheduled prior to the visit and will generally take 30-45 minutes.

2. All service appointments are for a scheduled time to meet with a Service Advisor to document your repairs and / or maintenance needs. This is NOT the specific time the RV or Boat will go into the shop.

3. During the appointment, our Service Advisors will ask you to demonstrate what needs repaired, what is not working, or what specific modifications or upgrades you would like performed.

*At this time warranty work is only being processed for RVs and Boats purchased at Bretz RV & Marine as our warranty departments schedules are currently booked
All appointments start at $229 in the event that work performed is not covered by warranty. *In the event warranty repairs and / or recalls are requested, know that warranty only covers manufacturer defects for specific periods of time based on the specific manufacturer. Maintenance and damage is not considered warrantable by any manufacturer.


Disclaimer

All accepted appointments will be scheduled to the first available technician with the skill needed to perform the work requested. Given the current supply chain disruptions, parts have been a challenge to source as well as to receive consistent time tables for shipment.
