Idaho PWC Spots

Idaho is one of the most well-known states for outdoor enthusiasts, whether that be fishing, boating and even Jet-Skiing! Not only are their pristine lakes ripe for riding your Sea-Doo through, but it seems like every lake is surrounded by beautiful mountain ranges. Idaho offers unparalleled scenery when it comes to riding on the lake. Suit up and take your Gull Boats & RV PWC to these pristine PWC spots!

Redfish lake is located near Stanley, Idaho, and it sports crystal clear water and gorgeous sandy beaches. It is so beautiful that we recommend reserving a spot in advance to ensure that you have a picturesque vacation while staying there. If you reserve your spot at a local campground and bring your jet ski, then you are in for the time of your life as this is one of Idaho’s premier PWC spots.

People usually go to lakes for their go-to jet-skiing spot, but you shouldn’t overlook the Snake River. Just like the name suggests, you’ll be able to jet-ski down the meandering Snake River. The Snake River was formed by ancient basalt lava flows and extends for nearly 50 miles. Something to keep in mind when you want to use your PWC, is that you need to find a spot that isn’t windy. A spot we recommend is the place two miles below Minidoka Dam. It won’t be too windy there and the water is absolutely perfect. We also suggest wearing a full wetsuit on your first go around as there are varying levels of depths and the river can get quite busy with other boaters. But if you come at the right time, you are surely in for a treat.

Lake Cour

Lake Coeur d’Alene is another premier jet-ski spot to go to. Not only does it have the convenience of having the town of Coeur d’Alene nearby, but there are just so many places to park your PWC and have a picnic. If you are driving to the area, then make sure to bring your golf clubs, as the lake sports one of the “Top 100 Golf Courses in the United States” in the world famous Floating Green.

Bear Lake is nestled right along the state line that divides Idaho and neighboring Utah. The lake is almost directly divided in two by the border, with half being in Idaho and the other half in Utah. The mesmerizing turquoise color of the water has earned the lake the titles of “The Caribbean of the Rockies”.

Lake Pend Oreille is absolutely perfect for high performance and safe PCWing. There are practically no waves on the lake which means you can test out the performance of your Sea-Doo in a safe manner. So let it rip on this immaculate 65-mile lake!
